These new homes incorporated very luxurious indoor swimming pools. Both have concealed automatic pool covers. The pool covers are interlinked to the environmental control systems, so that when the pool is not in use then the air temperature drops by 10C to a very comfortable lounge level. |

Our contract included an air management system to provide a comfortable pool hall environment. Condensation is controlled even in the depth of winter and the heat recovered during the dehumidification process is returned to the air and pool water heat exchangers making this a very efficient system. |

This 12m x 6m "LEVEL DECK" communial pool was built in the basement of a large block of luxury flats in London. Without a pool cover the environmental systems were very critical to prevent condensation and moisture intruding into the pool hall finishes. |
