Whether a small domestic or larger commercial the ultimate pleasure of any pool is to enjoy swimming in crystal clear, sparkling water. Regular maintenance is essential, both to protect your investment and enhance your enjoyment.

A comprehensive selection of after sales schemes offer our clients the choice of how they wish to ensure their pool always looks it's best. For the Commercial clients the needs often vary from pool to pool so a choice of flexible tailored schemes are available. These often include management reports ensuring the operator is confident that their pool maintains the standards laid down by the local Health & Safety inspectorate. Guaranteed emergency callout services provide the insurance every pool operator requires.

FIVE STAR SCHEME *****

This represents our most comprehensive scheme, where we will undertake all the necessary servicing, repairs and maintenance including regular two weekly visits to clean and maintain the quality of the pool water. All costs of chemicals are included together with a guarantee on your pool equipment against normal mechanical breakdown with the exception of heat pumps. We also guarantee to respond to a breakdown call within forty-eight hours.

FOUR STAR SCHEME ****

The Four Star scheme offers the convenience of our Five Star Scheme, with visits every two weeks, and cost of chemicals included, however, you save the premium of the equipment guarantee. As a Four Star client we include the annual service of your pool equipment but all materials used are chargeable less a 10% discount. As with the Five Star scheme two winter visits are made on outdoor pools that have been closed down to check on the condition of the water.

THREE STAR SCHEME ***

Your personal engineer will visit you every two weeks to thoroughly clean your pool, test and add the necessary chemicals as well as cleaning your pool filter. Two visits during the closed season will be made to check the condition of your pool water. Your annual service and chemicals are not included in the Three Star scheme. You may however, want your pool plant changed or updated. We can advise and provide competitive quotations to replace equipment that is getting tired and to the end of it's useful life. A well-equipped pool benefiting from the most up to date equipment will provide the perfect water quality so that you do enjoy your pool on those hot sunny days.

TWO STAR SCHEME **

The Two Star scheme brings our engineer twice in the year to service your pool equipment at a special fixed price. Any materials used will be extra, but discounted 10%. You will also be regarded as a priority customer at any other time should you require our assistance.
